Amy is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor who offers on-site lessons and specialized classes. Through her instruction, she has helped hundreds of individuals to build confidence and strength from the inside out. With a Master of Arts in Teaching degree, she adeptly shows others how to use yoga for self-empowerment and personal growth. Amy’s passion is helping people to experience yoga and meditation as tools for self-transformation, and making these tools accessible to everyone. This “yoga for all” mentality is reflected in her course offerings, which branch out from the typical studio classes to include sessions for non-native English speakers, employees in the workplace, teens, and the elderly. With her compassionate approach, she encourages all students to achieve physical, mental, and emotional balance through the practice of yoga.
