A gentle practice to unwind at the end of the day, including breathwork, stretching, and gentle strengthening. Classes are held in a beautiful studio with props and mats available to borrow. Practitioners of all levels are welcome.
What I appreciate most about Amy’s teaching style is the way she fully explains yoga asanas–the intention behind the asana, what you should feel, what you don’t want to feel, and how to develop an asana over time. Clearly, her background as an English as a second language teacher supports her in the clarity of her instruction which is always encouraging and tailored to where I am.
